Work Process Monthly Report (Various Trades - See Below)This is a very important piece of all apprenticeship programs. These documents need to be filled out on a monthly basis to verify the on-the-job training component of apprenticeship and kept on file in the event of a BAT audit. Information included on these forms includes various work processes that the apprentice should master through the course of training and the approximate hours associated with those processes. There is also a pay scale listed to determine the apprentice’s wage depending on the level of achievement.
