Protherm Services Group, LLC hosted a retirement party for Minnie Lincecum at the Lake Jackson Civic Center on August 30, 2007; after 45 years of employment!
Minnie had a lot of friends joining in on the festivities, including various ABC Board members and staff. Minnie Lincecum has served on the ABC Board of Directors since 1980. During these years she served on various ABC Committees: Education, Public Relations, Legislative, and Contractors for Kids & Community on which she also served as Chairperson for a few years.
Minnie participated at the many ABC events helping out as well as giving her financial support. You could always count on seeing Minnie at functions such as Legislative Day in Austin, the ABC Cook-off, ABC Fishing Tournament, at a Home Habitat presentation with the ABC toy box filled with toys ready for donation; and the Construction Exhibition for High-School students, just to name a few.
John Woods, ABC Board member presented Minnie with an appreciation gift from ABC. On behalf of the ABC Board of Directors and membership, appreciation was extended to Minnie for her contributions and support towards the betterment of the construction industry and for her support of the Merit Shop philosophy and the Free Enterprise System.
