The ABC Western Michigan Young Professional program offers community, networking and educational events as well as provides resources to help the next generation of leaders excel within the industry while continuing to promote open competition and the merit shop philosophy. ABC Western Michigan Young Professionals (40 & under) provide the next generation of construction leaders a foundation to connect professionally and socially, while building relationships within our industry and the community. In an effort to bridge the workforce shortage gap, the growth of young leaders has been a major focus of the construction industry.
